KHF Representation of Columbia University in Campus Protests Lawsuit Selected as “Litigation of the Week” by Original Jurisdiction Judicial Notice

David Lat’s weekly legal news roundup, Judicial Notice, named Kaplan Hecker & Fink’s representation of Columbia University in C.S. v. The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York as “Litigation of the Week.” The lawsuit was brought by a Columbia University student over the school’s handling of on-campus protests.
